Which application should I use to save or share my notes?
The application is called Adobe Scan, it is available on IOS and Android. It allows you to scan, save or share your notes and drawings instantly. A free version is available.
What types of pens work with my econotebook?
If you want to reuse your econotebook endlessly, you can write with the friction pens included with the purchase or those we offer on the site. You can also purchase commercially available friction gel pens; we recommend the Pilot brand (frixion).
Pencils and colored pencils can be used, the writing is erased with a regular eraser.
Can I use colored gel pens on my econotebook?
Yes, there are colored gel pens and you can use them in the same way as the black pen provided without damaging your notebook.
My econotes erasable pen is malfunctioning
Put your pens in the freezer for around thirty minutes.
They should work normally after a few minutes.
With each new pen, remove the protective wax on the tip of the pen.
What uses can I make with an econotes notebook?
1- For notes that you don't want to keep for long: your shopping lists, your "to do lists", your little notes to your partner, your meeting minutes, taking notes in progress, etc. . imagine the paper saved.
2- You can also use a ballpoint pen to keep notes for several 10 years in impeccable condition. Imagine that your grandchildren can read your cooking recipes on paper that has not aged.

How to delete?
1- To erase a few words, letters or for precise erasing, use the special eraser on your pen.
2- You can use a damp cloth to quickly erase your pages. A fabric is also provided with the notebooks. Be careful to dry the pages well before closing the notebook to prevent them from sticking.
3- You can also use a heat source such as a hair dryer, in this case be careful not to lose the notes written on the back of your page nor those written on the page below.
This last option is rather recommended for quickly erasing the entire notebook.

How can I track my order?
After each order, you will receive an email with the tracking link for your package when it is delivered to the carrier.
During delivery my package was opened and an item was missing
If you notice the package opened in the presence of the delivery person, notify it on the transport slip.
Please specify the missing product(s), as well as the quantities.

Ecology
What ecological impact for an econotes notebook?
Econotes paper is made of 100% synthetic material. To make this material, there is no need for chemicals, added water or trees. Thus, production generates fewer CO2 emissions and is more economical compared to manufacturing based on paper pulp.
In addition, our paper is infinitely recyclable. Being made of a single material (unlike stone paper is a mixture of 2 materials) it is therefore easily recyclable in France. In the transformation process, almost all the material is recoverable. So just put your econotebook in the yellow trash can. This avoids transport to Asia, as is the case for more complex recycling.
Are the pens eco-friendly?
Our friction pens are no more environmentally friendly than existing pens. However, we offer refills with our pens in order to limit our impact.
However, thanks to your positive feedback, we are already studying the design of erasable and environmentally friendly gel pens.
Like many other projects which will bring us ever closer to 100% eco-friendly.
Is the econotes notebook recyclable?
The econotes notebook is recyclable in yellow bins since it was manufactured in France (April 2021).
Ask your municipality about the coverage of polypropylene, this is currently the case in one city in two. By the time your econotebook tires, this will certainly be the case for 100% of cities in France.
Where is the econotes notebook made?
Our notebooks are made in France. They are printed, bound, packaged and shipped from our workshop in Mougins (Alpes-Maritimes).
