The company's website was created and developed by Econotes.
The User is prohibited, in the context of using the site, from engaging in acts, of any nature whatsoever, which would be contrary to the Law, would undermine public order, or the rights of the Professional or third party. In particular, without this list being exhaustive, the User undertakes, in his use of the site, to respect the following rules:
- communicate accurate information when registering and using the site;

In the event of a breach by a User of one or more of these rules, Econotes reserves the right to unilaterally suspend and/or terminate the registration and delete the content and contentious messages, temporarily or permanently, without any counterpart.
The Site, their content and all the elements that compose them are protected under intellectual property law.
Econotes is the owner or holder of the exploitation rights (having regularly acquired them from third parties) of all the elements which make up the site, such as brands, logos, texts, photographs and images, graphics, video, sound and animation data, software, source codes, databases.
Eco notes is a registered trademark and registered with the INPI, n° 20 4 619 520, on 01/31/2020. Any copies or reproduction will be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.
